Global Healthcare Experience
We manage/execute social media AND moderation in multiple countries and multiple languages for a leading, global medical device brand. Authentically responding to their healthcare consumers in real time, in real ways, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks of the year. Yes, we love what we do.

GDPR/HIPAA Compliant Marketing
Through our work for an Artificial Intelligence/Rare Disease Consortium, we have gained deep experience and understanding of GDPR and HIPAA issues for brands and companies. This particular project has no rivals in its complexity, but is beyond meaningful for patients all over the world. We are grateful to be a part of it.

Consumer HealthCare Start-Ups
We LOVE working with startups (and started and sold a few of our own). Co-creating marketing strategy, building go-to-market plans and architecting the future successes. WE are uber motivated by the energy that surrounds a new brand or business launch and are proud of the work we've done on behalf of our client partners.

Digital and Social Strategy
We have worked alongside some of the largest advertising agencies in the world, to craft really thoughtful, smart digital and social plans for several large DTC brands. We are proud of the strategy, nimbleness and expertise in execution we bring to every client and agency relationship.

Data and Analytics
John Wannemacher once said "I know half my advertising works, I just don't know which half." Well, thankfully, now we do. We understand how to use data and analytics to help our client partners "zag" when everyone else in the space is "zigging". We recently used this approach to help a start-up aesthetic company differentiate their marketing in order to drive brand lift.

Why Healthcare?
We love the healthcare space for three main reasons. First and most importantly, you can make a difference in people's lives. Second, for regulated products you have to be smart and creative to play within/ the lines determined by FDA, HIPAA and GDPR. Lastly, we love a good challenge.
